Data Deletion Policy

Qit3a Technologies (“Qit3a”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your right to control your personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their Qit3a account and personal data collected through the Qit3a mobile application, website, and related services. We are committed to handling deletion requests securely, transparently, and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Qit3a users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time. Users may request:

• Full account deletion
• Deletion of personal information
• Removal of stored profile information
• Removal of user-generated content where applicable

Users can request deletion of their account and data through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Through the Qit3a Application

• Open the Qit3a application.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Account Settings.
• Choose Request Data Deletion or Delete Account.
• Follow the instructions provided to confirm the request.

After confirmation, Qit3a Technologies will begin processing the request.

Option 2: By Email

Users may also request deletion by contacting support@qit3a.com or info@qit3a.com. Please include: full name associated with the account, registered phone number or email address, and reason for deletion (optional). Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized requests.

After receiving a valid deletion request, Qit3a Technologies will:

• Verify the identity of the requester.
• Review the account and associated information.
• Process the deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Confirm completion of the deletion process.

Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days after successful verification.

Depending on your account type, deleted information may include:

• Name and profile information
• Email address
• Phone number
• Account settings
• Saved preferences
• Saved searches
• Vehicle information provided by the user
• Uploaded profile information
• User-generated content where applicable

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes, including:

• Compliance with legal obligations
• Fraud prevention and security purposes
• Resolving disputes
• Maintaining transaction records where required
• Enforcing agreements and policies

Retained information will only be stored for as long as necessary and will continue to be protected.

For suppliers and businesses using Qit3a, deletion requests may include business profile information, product listings, uploaded images, and supplier account information. Qit3a may retain limited records related to completed transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.

Once deletion is completed: your account access will be permanently removed; your personal profile information will no longer be accessible through Qit3a; your account history and saved information may be permanently deleted; some information may remain where legally required. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Removing the Qit3a application from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal information. To permanently delete your account and associated data, you must use the in-app deletion option through Settings or submit a deletion request by email.

Qit3a Technologies applies reasonable security measures to protect user information during storage, processing, and deletion.

Qit3a Technologies may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published with an updated effective date.
