Supplier Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Qit3a. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qit3a mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Qit3a Technologies (“Qit3a”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Qit3a as a supplier or seller, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Qit3a is a digital marketplace platform that connects customers searching for automotive spare parts with suppliers, sellers, and businesses offering such products. Qit3a provides a platform for discovery, communication, and connection between users. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Qit3a is not the manufacturer, owner, seller, or distributor of listed spare parts.

To use certain features of Qit3a, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Keep account information updated
• Not impersonate another person or business
• Not create fraudulent or misleading accounts

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

Buyers using Qit3a agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information when searching for parts
• Verify part compatibility before purchasing
• Communicate respectfully with suppliers
• Confirm prices, availability, condition, and warranty details before completing any transaction

Qit3a recommends users verify all purchase details directly with suppliers.

Suppliers listing spare parts on Qit3a agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions
• Upload genuine and relevant images
• Provide correct pricing information
• Clearly state the condition of parts
• Avoid listing counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or illegal products
• Honor information provided in their listings

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

All listings must include accurate information, which may include:

• Part name
• Part number (if available)
• Compatible vehicle information
• Condition (new, used, refurbished, or other)
• Price
• Photos
• Availability

Qit3a reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or negatively affect user trust.

Qit3a acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not directly participate in transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for:

• Negotiating prices
• Confirming payment methods
• Arranging delivery or collection
• Inspecting parts
• Agreeing on warranty or return conditions

Any dispute regarding a transaction is primarily between the buyer and seller.

If payment services are introduced through Qit3a, additional payment terms may apply. Users agree that payment information must be accurate, fraudulent payment activity is prohibited, and payment providers may have their own terms and conditions.

Users may not:

• Upload false or misleading information
• Sell stolen or illegally obtained parts
• Sell counterfeit products
• Attempt fraud or scams
• Abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with Qit3a services
• Use Qit3a for illegal activities

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Users may provide vehicle identification information, including VIN numbers, to improve part compatibility searches. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide such information. Qit3a uses vehicle information only to improve platform functionality and matching services.

All content, branding, logos, software, design, and features of Qit3a are owned by or licensed to Qit3a Technologies. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Qit3a intellectual property without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including images, listings, business information, and descriptions. By uploading content, users grant Qit3a a limited license to display and use that content for operating and improving the Platform.

Qit3a Technologies provides a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the availability of any listed part, the accuracy of every supplier listing, the quality, condition, or compatibility of parts, or the outcome of transactions between users. Users are responsible for making informed decisions before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qit3a Technologies shall not be responsible for:

• Losses resulting from transactions between users
• Incorrect listings created by suppliers
• Vehicle damage caused by incorrect parts
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Unauthorized user activity

Qit3a Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, harm other users, or misuse the Platform.

Your use of Qit3a is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process information.

Qit3a Technologies may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published through the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of Qit3a after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
